TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
By placing a service request you are asserting that you are aware of, and are in agreement with the Terms of Service
Agreement as described on this page. You also understnad and agree that Wizworks reserves the right to change these

What a billable service call is:
A billable service call is completed when a request for service has been confirmed and accepted by the customer. Once
the confirmation is complete and approved by the customer, the customer agrees to pay any and all charges relating to
the initial request. Customer is still responsible to pay all charges for no shows (customer not present for on site
visit). Any "Remote Assistance" connection (an electronic visit to customer equipment) is also considered a billable
service call from the moment the ticket is approved and the remote session is initiated. Wizworks reserves the right
to collect payment up front for electronic remote support sessions either via phone or internet assistance.
Customer Obligations:
The customer agrees to complete payment in full at the time any services are rendered. If the customer fails to make
payment in full, Wizworks may charge a reasonable collection fee to attempt to collect past due amounts. The amount
of such fee is at Wizworks' sole discretion.
The customer agrees to notify wizworks of any discrepancy or defect in any materials or workmanship rendered within 30
days in order to qualify for full guarantee coverage.
